Behind the Brand

La Bonnie began when three passionate chefs shared their penchant for cakes, treats, and all things sweet. Combining their unique skills in creating desserts, the brand now has provided years of customized solutions for companies and customers alike.

Chef Pei Zhin

Award-winning multi-medalist Chef Pei Zhin is the co-founder of La Bonnie, offering her invaluable experience of over 12 years creating on-trend desserts and cakes.


Her background working at Swissotel, Shangri-La, and the Michelin-starred Osia Restaurant makes her truly an admirable creator in the pastry arts scene.

Executive Pastry Chef

Executive Chef Sam Tan leads the La Bonnie team with over 20 years of culinary experience.


With multiple culinary championship awards under her belt. Chef Sam has honed her skills with renowned chefs at Swissotel, Fairmont Singapore, and Grand Hyatt.


Chef Sam loves creating cakes designs which often left the guests amazed and delighted. She has many opportunities serving esteemed guests including foreign delegates, dignitaries, Fortune 500 companies, industry leaders, and international celebrities.
